(Please note
that Phoenix Farm is a training facility. Because we
believe regular work is important for the health and
happiness of our horses, boarders at Phoenix Farm are
strongly encouraged to take part in our training program.
Priority for space is always given to clients (current or
incoming) in full or half training.
Board

Board
(Includes
hay and grain 1-2 times per day
depending on season and needs of horse,
and 1 blanket change per day. Additional
services billed as utilized.)

Stall board
(includes
hay, grain, bedding, turnout for
6-12 hours a day, and one blanket change
per day. Additional services billed as

Training
Full
Training/Consignment Board $600/month (plus
field board,

three lessons a week and/or
or discounted stall board

3-5
rides per week, coaching and/or riding $500)
at shows, and all grooming fees. Consignment
sales commission is 10% of sale price of horse.)
Half Training
(One lesson and/or two rides per week)

schooling, hacking, longeing and groundwork
